Before we even touched a stove, we headed straight to the Central Market to experience the real hustle of sourcing fresh produce and inspecting the catch of the day (hello, fresh tilapia! 🐟). There's nothing quite like learning how to budget and pick the best ingredients to get you ready for the line.
