Pursuant to 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 1369, all classes and office operations are suspended on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 29, 2026, to allow registered voters in the City of Dasmariñas to participate in the Special Elections.

Please also note that operations remain suspended, so there will be no classes or office transactions on 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 31, 2026, in nationwide observance of National Heroes Day.

Regular college transactions and classes will resume on 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 1, 2026.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

With the successful 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, our 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘-𝗞𝗟𝗗𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠. 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 formally begins his term of service with a commitment grounded in integrity, compassion, and genuine leadership.

𝙋𝙄𝘾𝙀-𝙆𝙇𝘿𝙎𝘾 𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙎 | 𝘼 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝙊𝙁 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙀𝙍𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋 𝘽𝙀𝙂𝙄𝙉𝙎 ⚙️

On August 22, 2026, the newly elected officers of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 – 𝗞𝗟𝗗 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘-𝗞𝗟𝗗𝗦𝗖), together with the student leaders of 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗞𝗟𝗗𝗦𝗖 and 𝗞𝗟𝗗-𝗜𝗢𝗘𝗦𝗚, were officially proclaimed and took their 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲.

This event marks the beginning of a new chapter of 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 as our student leaders step forward to represent and serve the Civil Engineering community.

The event became even more meaningful through the 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 delivered by 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗝𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗼. He reminded the elected officers that 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲. True leadership is about the willingness to 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The ceremony also featured a 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 and a fun 𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿. The activity brought the officers together through laughter, meaningful conversations, camaraderie, and shared moments over snacks.

May this oath be a reminder of the responsibility entrusted to each of the officers—to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and continue building a stronger and more united student community.
