In line with IM No. DS-ACO-OC-D-2026-12, released by the Office of the Academic Director, please be informed that the Midterm Examinations have been rescheduled to September 1–5, 2026, while the encoding of Midterm Grades is scheduled September 8, 2026.

This adjustment aims to ensure that all students receive adequate instructional time and sufficient opportunity to prepare for their examinations, despite disruptions caused by the class suspensions.

Students are encouraged to coordinate with their respective School Deans, Program Chairs, Principals, or Strand Coordinators for the specific examination schedule and other relevant details.
