a. Driver's License or any valid I.D (for NC II)
Driver's License with restrictions 1 & 2 (for NC III)
b. PSA Birth Certificate
c. TOR and Diploma (for College graduates)
Form 137 and Diploma (for High school graduates)
d. Health Certificate
e. Barangay Certificate
f. Certificate of "Practicing Covid-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace" (TESDA online)
3. Picture colored white background with collar and name tag, matt finish

Announcement sa mga residente ng Cavite lalo na sa mga miyembro ng National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) na gustong mag-aral ng libreng Driving NC II ( Light vehicle) kasalukyan po kaming tumatanggap ng mga estudyante na qualified sa scholarship program ng TESDA...

Requirements:

1. Must be Grade 10 graduate / high school graduate, college undergraduate, graduate of 2 years vocational course
2. Proof of residency
3. Documents of proof of income, which include any of the following:
a. Income Tax Return (ITR), if applicable
b. Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Form 2316, if applicable
c. BIR Certificate of Indigency, if applicable, provided that, it is also certified by the Municipal Social Welfare Development (MSWD)
4. If PWD submit copy of PWD Identification Card (ID)
5. Zerox copy of the following:
A. LTO Drivers License or Student Permit
B. Birth Certificate
C. Form 137 and Diploma
6. Picture:
