For 30 years that have passed of effort and time, Enchanted Kingdom had become into the magical realm of dreams and memories, enchanting generations of its timeless wonder.

Of what began as a visionary dream to create the magic of joy and wonder, blossoming into a beloved cultural park. To interior bringing fantasy to reality and featuring everything of its flying suspense and its extremely thrilling attractions. Left and right, you can hear the shrilling screams from rides mixed with the chattering sounds from park guests that are accompanied by. Massive steel structures painted brightly dominate the skyline, different smells of foods from stalls; a sip of cold fruit juice, the crispy crunch of fries, or to ice cream that melts all the heat away.

At the time of 1995, when most Filipinos had yet to discover a place of fun and never-ending laughter, Mario and Cynthia Mamon fully transformed a 25-hectare plot in Santa Rose, Laguna, into the countryโ€™s first and only world-class theme park: Enchanted Kingdom, where the magic lives forever in the wistful and unforgettable.

Ride safety checks are secured as an early morning scene, followed by guest assistance through redirecting a long line with practiced ease. Along with their struggles are mascot performances, of team handling costumes, from props to timings. While crucially still maintaining the handled food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.

From an interview to an Enchanted Kingdom staff member Joy L. De La Cruz, diligently processes guestsโ€™ paperwork and wholeheartedly maintains a warm smile against a busy crowd of people, ensuring an enchanting experience for every visitor.

Students ride the Disk-O-Magic at Enchanted Kingdom, holding on to the handles as the platform spins and the wind hits their faces. Some laugh, some raise their hands, and others hold on tightly, all sharing the same mix of excitement and nervous energy. The bright colors, loud music, and constant motion of the ride make the moment feel lively and memorable, one of the highlights of their field trip experience. But after the heart-pounding experience of the roughest rides, customers will find themselves walking around the nostalgic journey of the magical world of the Enchanted Kingdom.

And of the soaking chaos of Rio-Grande in the twirling rush of water and enjoyment, into a ride of a heart-stopping forth to back plunge of Space Shuttle, and to the last, quiet sweep and calming breeze of the Enchanted Kingdomโ€™s gentle spin of Wheel of Fate. And more attractions a way ahead of us.

Nevertheless, through the large world of magic, where calmness can be found, Boulderville Express here moves at a steady pace, giving the kids on board a calm break from the rush of the bigger rides. Most of them sit back and take in the view as the train passes through the area, talking quietly and enjoying the breeze. Itโ€™s a simple but nice moment that shows how even the slower rides in Enchanted Kingdom add to the whole experience.

As the day softened into an evening, families and other schools left the Enchanted Kingdom with tired legs and smiles that stayed long after the rides ended. And even as the crowds thinned, the parkโ€™s magic lingered--lights twinkling, music drifting, and with every corner alive and well of the fantasy each staff maintains. At the very least end, of a group of families, a crowd of students, carried their pieces of wondrous experiences as proof of the parkโ€™s long-lasting magic beyond the gates.

The name Gardenia has been known for its fresh, soft bread every morning for most Filipinos. But behind every thousand loaves of bread is a story of innovation, discipline, and dedication to world-class standards. The Gardenia bread factory, especially its flagship fully automated plant in Biรฑan, Laguna, stands as a modern-day symbol of how food manufacturing in the Philippines can scale up to global efficiency and quality levels.

What makes the factories of Gardenia remarkable is that it combines advanced robotics with responsible human leadership. Many Filipinos wonder how they make this delicious tasting bread, some said it was made from magic or โ€œsecret formulaโ€ which isnโ€™t true, much of the bread production chain flows through automated systems and computers, not only that they also have their own sanitization protocol before handling anything so that they can ensure the safetiness of the bread and its quality, and they also exhibit each equipment thoroughly so that it can work efficiently and effective, their workers also assists each other when they need help in task, from mixing and fermentation to baking, slicing, and packing with the main ingredients like wheat, flour, water, yeast. The high level of automation guarantees accuracy in the making, cleanliness in each section, and consistency of the product in each loaf. The gardenia factory was founded in 1983 by an American named Horatio Sye Slocum, and quickly became the number 1 bread factory in Singapore, later on it was established in 1997 in the Philippines and operated in 1998. And we have three factories in our country which is in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, making 5 to 6 thousands loaf per hour, when you sum it up to a whole day, it would be atleast 150k loafs per day. At the core of this operation is a philosophy that believes people are as important as technology. This is how a Gardenia Worker once put it: โ€œwe work with people. And it's the people that would be able to bring us towards our goal.โ€ This perspective provides an understanding of what really moves the company forward. While the machines assure efficiency, it is the people-the engineers that maintain the equipment, the quality assurance while monitoring the standards, and the managers who guide the daily operations-who uphold the mission of the company

They have their own procedure on how to make the bread and they call this the โ€œMake up Lineโ€ , they are four of them which is dividing, rounding, intermediate proofing, and moulding but that isnโ€™t all. They also have this mechanism called โ€œkwik lokโ€ , whenever you buy a gardenia bread, you will see a plastic lock and it is called โ€œg-lockโ€ which shares its expiry date and fun fact, each day in a week has its own color, white for Sunday, tan for Monday, orange for Tuesday, yellow for Wednesday, blue for Thursday, green for Friday and lasly red for Saturday. These little details shows that Gardenia is not only committed to producing great bread but is also a company that takes social responsibility for food security.

As they said that safety and quality are paramount to Gardenia, within the production area of Gardenia's operation, all operational procedures are based on the application of internationally recognised Certification Standards and adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Protocols, as well as Certification of Halal. These certifications do not just refer to the quality of Gardenia's products, but also serve as evidence that Gardenia continuously strives to provide high-quality products. Gardenia tests all of its products (white loaf, sandwich bun etc.) extensively to ensure that the products meet Gardenia's high standard of quality.

Although Gardenia is a large company, it continues to remain an intimate part of life in the Philippines. Many families incorporate Gardenia bread into their families' daily routine (school lunches, snack foods, comfort foods). Gardenia's factories will be the starting point of these stories.

As Gardenia continues to develop and expand its factories, so too will Gardenia continue to invest in the people who operate the factories, since the development of Factory Operations is primarily dependent upon the personnel, not solely upon machinery. Gardenia isn't merely a location for baking loaves; it exemplifies the abilities of the Filipino people by combining worldwide excellence with local enthusiasm to elevate the art of baking into something which produces a product that many individuals consider a necessityโ€”the loaf of bread. The Gardenia believes that while technology improves the efficiency of producing loaves, it is the dedication, creativity and cooperation of each member of Gardenia's employees that leads the company to its complete success.

The scent of freshly cooked noodles hits you the moment you step inside the Lucky Me factory. warm, familiar, nostalgic, like sitting in a Filipino home sharing a meal with family. Throughout our visit, we learnt that Lucky Me's goal is not just to make noodles, but to bring comfort and connection to every table it reaches. We also had the chance to interview the staff and workers, who shared stories about their daily routines and the hard work behind every pack of noodles. Hearing them talk made us realize how much dedication goes into a product we usually take for granted. Their pride in their work was so genuine, it made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.

When we arrived at the Lucky Me! Noodle Factory, the bright colors already stood out. The fences were mostly white with red and yellow stripes, while the walls and doors were painted in bold red. Inside the lobby, we were greeted by the light smell of fresh noodles coming from the manufacturing area, giving us a quick preview of what happens inside. In the production area, the large machines were the main highlight. Workers moved around them as the machines mixed, shaped, and dried the noodles. Big fans separated the hot and cold parts of the room, and smaller machines packed the seasonings into tiny packets. Even though we couldnโ€™t go closer, we noticed an uncooked noodle that was brownish beige in color. The scent of broth was strong, and the loud machines made it hard to hear anything else.

After seeing the process of noodle making, we couldnโ€™t ignore those staff and workers who pour their hearts into their work. They are the instruments that bring every family closer together through something as simple as a bowl of noodles. Because of this, we couldnโ€™t resist asking one of the staff members, โ€œWhat motivates you to keep going even when the work is tiring or stressful?โ€

Ms. Joe Ann Ibasco, a staff member of the Lucky Me Factory, shared,
โ€œSyempre unang una is family. Even though the work is loaded, every morning pagkagising mo, family mo yung pinaka first na iisipin mo. Kaya na if ever mapagod every day, family ang palaging nagmomotivate kahit mapagod.โ€

Her words are proof that even the people working quietly behind the scenes carry something powerful within themโ€”a purpose, a reason, a love that sparks the creation of something simple, warm, and comforting. It reminded us that products we see every day are not just objectsโ€”they are the result of someoneโ€™s effort, sacrifice, and dedication. Every pack of Lucky Me noodles carries not just flavor, but the story of someoneโ€™s commitment to their loved ones.

The experience inside the Lucky Me Factory isnโ€™t something invaluable or easy to forget. Instead, it opened our eyes to the reality of how beautiful the entire process isโ€”both inside and out. Through this establishment, we are given something to share with others, something light yet meaningful, something that connects us in the most ordinary yet heartfelt way.

Walking through the factory made us realize how many things we take for granted. The neat packaging, the familiar taste, the convenienceโ€”all of these come from the hard work of people who tirelessly give their best every single day. Seeing their dedication made us appreciate each product even more.

More than just learning how noodles are made, we learned how a simple product can carry stories, values, and human effort. And that is what made the experience unforgettableโ€”not just the sights and smells, but the realization that behind every warm meal is someone who worked hard with purpose and heart.

What if we failed to preserve memories from our history? There are so many heritages in our country. One of these is the Rizal Museum located in Calamba,Laguna. It became one of the most significant heritage sites here in the Philippines because this is where our national hero was born and it also serves as a replica of โ€œbahay na batoโ€.

The ancestral house consists of different artifacts that was used during Dr. Jose Rizalโ€™s era. It covers authentic items that talks about his childhood and literary works. Examples of these are their traditional container for water, traditional transportation, and their antique oil lamp.

In their era, they used โ€œtapayanโ€ for storing liquids. It helped them to preserve vinegar and any alcoholic beverages. This was also used for storing foods and water. Their traditional transportation was called โ€œKarwahe Quilesโ€ or โ€œKalesaโ€ in present time. They always used it in their daily life. The last artifact is what they called the โ€œQuinquรจ Lร mparaโ€ or what we called โ€œKerosene Lamp/Gaseraโ€ today. This served as their traditional oil lamp back then. This was their source of artificial light during the absence of electricity.

These artifacts are just some of the things that we inherit from our ancestors. They left it for us to look back at what happened in the past. By these kinds of things, we understand our history more deeply. Therefore, continue to preserve memories for the future generations.

On September 10th, the Corinthian Institute of Cavite held the "Mardunong School Elimination" to select our school's official representative for the "Mardunong Word Challenge." The competition tested the contestants' knowledge of vocabulary and the English language.

Aquisha Caluya, Dovie Cabasan, Jenesa Raquel, Kenito Takahashi, Louie Tan, and Aizen Moran were the students who participated. In the first round, they all spelled their words correctly. After several difficult rounds, only Jenesa Raquel, Dovie Cabasan, and Kenito Takahashi remained to compete in the final "clincher round." Ultimately, Jenesa was the last student standing. This means she will be the one to represent our school and compete in the "Mardunong Word Challenge."

For those who want to join next year, don't be shy! Put your knowledge of vocabulary to the test. Who knows, you might be our next representative for the "Mardunong Word Challenge."

On the 16th of June, the campus was filled with nervous yet excited energy as students approached the grounds ready for another year of learning. New faces, familiar faces, what could be waiting for them in their classroom? The first day of school could possibly be filled with fun memories with either your old or perhaps new classmates, yet it still could be an amazing start for the year. Am I right? For some, it is just a familiar routine, where you start another year and go to a cycle where tasks just get difficult each and every year. But for others, it was a leap into the unknown, where you get to meet new friends and step onto a path filled with new learnings and life lessons.

The grounds got cheerful as the students got ready for the Flag Ceremony, which is quite common, for it is all about pledges and the national anthem. After all of those, the teachers led our morning exercise, which was enjoyable for some reason. At last, the students got to know their subject teachers and advisers for a head start. And inside their significant classroom, that similar energy reigned where the joy and laughter once returned after two months of pure silence. Teachers get ready as they set the classroom with warm smiles and greetings, as everyone gets to know each other more through introducing themselves. The day was all about discussing the school rules and regulations โ€“ rather, it was kind of boring for us students, but we, at least, knew what we should and should not do while on campus and in our classroom.

The day ended as students happily left their classroom with new friendships blooming, old friendships were rekindled, and the seeds of knowledge were sown. As they got dismissed, signalling the end of the day, a sense of accomplishment thrived through the air, with a sigh of quiet satisfaction in a day well spent.

The first day of school is more than just a regular day; it is a symbol of progress over the years you have gone through, along with the fruit of your hard work, and for you to be able to see how far youโ€™ve come after all these years. It was a day that was just so memorable for us students to once again face new challenges and obstacles that we all can go through in comparison to our previous years. It will be a day that will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who have experienced it.

This was to be the Career Orientation of the School Year 2025 to 2026, led by Maโ€™am Hope for Grade 10 and Grade 9 students. Led its prayer by Dovie Mae Cabasan from Grade 10. From the time of 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Therefore, within this Orientation, you are taught about the many academic tracks for you to decide on which to take: STEM, ABM, HUMSS, and GAS.

In this Orientation, it was discussed about discussing a studentโ€™s future. However, it itself, did not just focus on the graduating students โ€“ Grade 10. It involves the third-year CIC students for a small preparation for their future. This is done to assist them whichever to decide on the four Academic Tracks that align with the specific course that they hope to take. However, if you do so wish to skip your senior years, Maโ€™am Hope tells us a possibility of a still unconfirmed examination taken after your fourth year in order to surpass your senior high school years and immediately become a college student.

Nevertheless, this is an Orientation with upcoming decisions meant for students and students only โ€“ not just with the guidance of who led the Orientation, but to the parents who must support their children. It is either for a student to go through their senior years and reach college, or they may decide to skip all of these and take a vocational track for a particular job. However long it may go, it will consume your time and will take time. To sum up what we have discussed in this Orientation, a question stands for those who sought to experience senior high years followed by college years; what academic track must I take to pursue a course?

That will depend on the quiz we, Grade 10 and 9 students, are given by Maโ€™am Hope โ€“ you face the quiz with the given papers under very few questions with many choices that do not depend on which is right and wrong. These are simply questions set for you with the choices given for you to answer, specifically one that defines your own preferences or interests. If your circled answers are summed, and reappears a track you wish to not take โ€“ that is alright. As I mentioned, it is the studentโ€™s decision.

After some time, the Orientation ended โ€“ with the closing prayer led by Maโ€™am Hope.

The Atmosphere at the Corinthian Institute of Cavite has been roaring with excitement as the Student Council Campaign and Elections have approached. The first day of school has just passed, and now the school needs to have worthy leaders to manage the whole campus to ensure its productivity and discipline, which should be implemented at CIC. As the previous Student Council officers have officially signed off, it was time to elect new ones, a new batch of leaders, leaders who are responsible and loyal to their duty and serve their school as they pledged. Each of the party list presidents recruited students who are worthy to become the next leaders of the CIC. With this, two party lists have competed against each other: The Byahe party list and the Kaya party list.

Before the campaigns, the school held a meeting de avancรฉ. A meeting de avancรฉ is an event that is held before the elections to present their platforms. But in this case, the candidates were asked questions about why they should be elected as a Student Council officer and many more. The corridors and the school grounds shouted. CIC went very much alive during the moment as the students shouted and cheered their preferred party list and candidate. Partylist members have their own chant and hand signs to further promote their partylist. The students cheered for the candidates' answers, with most of them getting the most cheers. It was an event to test the candidates to distinguish those who are better deserving of the position they are running for. In truth, it was fun to watch โ€“ however, I felt uneasy for those candidates who had their answers abruptly on edge.

The campaign trail was vibrant and very energetic as both partylists showed enthusiasm in all the classrooms they visited to promote their party lists. Of course, both party lists showed amazing platforms for the students. Although both partylists showed their plans for the better development of the school, we students have preferred partylists and candidates that we think should lead the school and should be deemed responsible and very committed to the position they have opted for.

Election day has approached. Students have begun voting and have finally decided on which of the party list members are deserving to get the position they are running for. The feeling of being in the school was electrifying, considering that all students have expressed their feelings through the ballot they have shaded on which will determine the winning partylist and candidates. Who shall be the next leaders of the Corinthian Institute of Cavite?

Following a period of meticulous vote counting, the results were finally announced. Most of the Byahe Partylist members have emerged victorious, with Althea Faith M. Alonzo being the Elected President of the Student Council.

The 2025 student council elections at Corinthian Institute of Cavite were more than just an election; they were a powerful demonstration of student engagement and collective desire to build a better school community. The future looks bright for the school because we have chosen our respective leaders who are committed to hearing the voices of our students and making them our inspiration, whether academically or through their leadership.
