🌿 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐒𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒.

The 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 officially adopts an amendment strengthening the Body Orientation and General Meeting (BOGM) as a comprehensive avenue for alignment, communication, consultation, and compliance between the CSO and Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs).

“A Resolution Amending Section 2.3 of the Activities of Student Organizations on the Body Orientation and General Meeting (BOGM) to Strengthen CSO-RSO Alignment, Communication, and Compliance”

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The amendment expands the scope of the BOGM to ensure that RSO Executive Boards are properly oriented on their roles and responsibilities, CSO-RSO policies and guidelines, official communication channels, coordination mechanisms, grading and evaluation requirements, and important CSO announcements and activities.

It also establishes proper mechanisms for raising conflicts, welfare concerns, and grievances through official Safe Space channels, ensuring that such matters are handled with appropriate confidentiality and care.

Through this amendment, the CSO seeks to foster stronger coordination, clearer communication, greater accountability, and a more aligned RSO community throughout the academic year.

As we joyfully welcome a brand-new school year, let us gather together to thank the Lord for two important events in the lives of our young Lasallians.

Tomorrow, 𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝟏𝟑, we welcome with warm congratulations our student leaders from the University Student Government (USG), College Student Governments (CSGs), Program Councils (PCs), and Council of Student Organizations (CSO) Officers, who will hold their 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟎:𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟏:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌.
