Today, we officially witnessed the Turnover Ceremony of the University Student Government (USG) 2024–2025 to the newly elected USG 2025–2026.

This symbolic moment is more than just the passing of documents and responsibilities—it is the passing of a legacy of leadership, service, and dedication. The outgoing officers leave behind a mark of commitment and perseverance, while the new set of leaders step forward to embrace the challenge of representing and serving every TUPCIAN with passion and integrity.

The USG Election 2025 is near to begin! But before we cast our votes, let us first share some important announcements and guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair election process, headed by the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC 2025). ✨

✅ GUIDELINES FOR ELECTION DAY:
• Bring your valid TUPC ID for verification.
• Proceed only to your assigned voting precinct.
• Follow the instructions of the election officers and volunteers.
• Maintain order and discipline inside the polling area.
• One voter, one ballot — strictly no proxy voting.
• Avoid any form of campaigning, influencing, or harassment near the voting precinct.
• Once you’ve cast your vote, leave the precinct immediately to give way to others.
• Respect the sanctity of the election—vote wisely and responsibly.

We encourage everyone to read and understand these guidelines thoroughly to exercise your right to vote responsibly.

As your COMMISSIONERS, we have successfully conducted the Screening and Interview for the candidates vying for positions in the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗨𝗦𝗚) 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 last 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at the 𝘼𝘾𝙎𝙊 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚, 𝟐𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙎𝘼 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜.

This event highlighted the four major criteria—
