Looking back at another chapter of THE TRYOUTS, we are reminded that a great event is not only about what happens inside the ring.

It is also about the people who make every moment special.

To all the athletes who gave their best and pushed themselves, thank you.

To the crowd who cheered and showed their support, thank you.

To the cornermen who stayed by their teams, the officials who made sure everything was fair, and the crew who worked behind the scenes, thank you.

We are grateful to be part of this experience and to capture the moments, emotions, and memories that made THE TRYOUTS special.

Every person played a part.
Every effort mattered.
Every moment became part of the story.

This is what makes the Elite Muaythai Challenge more than just a competition. It is a community of athletes, teams, supporters, and people who continue to grow together.

Yep, same guy.

One minute we see coach goofing around, the next, we see him remind everyone that as much as there’s room for fun, there’s also room to remind ourselves when we need to get a bit more serious.

While we’re at it, let us also remind you that sparring sessions happen every Wednesday and Friday at 7pm to 9pm. Test your progress, train your fighting spirit, and grow together with us at Biagtan Martial Arts! 🥊

On August 03, 2026, we welcomed our Japanese students to the mats at Biagtan Martial Arts for a hands-on Muay Thai experience as part of their English Immersion Program.

This was their first time trying Muay Thai.

We started with the basics: learning how to wrap their hands, understanding basic movement, practicing basic techniques, and working with partners. But as the session went on, it became much more than a training session.

There was curiosity, concentration, laughter, a few challenging moments, and plenty of encouragement between everyone.

For us, this is one of the best things about Muay Thai. It gives people a way to connect even when they don’t speak the same language.

Through the mats, we shared a little of our training, our discipline, and our community with our guests from Japan.

NAKAPAG-UWI ng dalawang medalya ang isang opisyal ng Philippine National Police (PNP) matapos ang kanyang paglahok sa isang international Muay Thai competition sa Thailand.

Kinilala ang medalist na si Police Corporal Jonard E. Apa-an ng PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group na nakakuha ng silver medal sa 51-kilogram Muay Thai Combat category at bronze medal naman sa Wai Kru Singles event ng Siamyout Global Heritage Muay Thai Series 2026 sa Samut Songkhram, Thailand nitong Agosto 10 hanggang 12.

Pinuri ni Chief PNP Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. ang husay ni Apa-an at ang kanyang representasyon sa PNP sa international stage.

In collaboration with K Serenity Tour Service and Shayne English School, we host our first official International Martial Arts Exchange last 4th of August at Biagtan Martial Arts-Dasmariñas, sharing a Muay Thai session with our Japanese guests, as part of their itinerary during their 7-day English Immersion Program (Tour).

We are thankful to everyone who participated, who believed in this vision, and to those who continue to support this project! The first of many, in God’s will!

A close one, but Michael got the nod when the scorecards were revealed.

York Andales came up just one point short in yesterday’s kickboxing main event at the Payantog Fight Series. That’s how close competition can be.

No excuses. Just another experience to learn from, another result to carry, and another reason to get back to work, correct the mistakes, and bounce back better.
