also known as Dasmariñas City TMC, is a
community club chartered in November 2013.

We are known for being a family despite diversity. Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., the organization's membership exceeds 364,000 in more than 16,200 clubs in 145 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

But the world has changed — and so must our understanding of leadership.

Today, leadership is no longer about titles, authority, or charisma.

✨𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬, 𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞✨

Yesterday, August 2, at 2:00 PM in Kohna Cafe, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, we explored the power of the "𝐈" 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 the difference between the long 𝐈 and the short 𝐈. It was a reminder that even the smallest adjustments can create a huge impact in communication.

Beyond pronunciation, what made the meeting truly special were the heartfelt stories shared by our six prepared speakers. Their Ice Breaker speeches were inspiring, authentic, and courageous. Through their vulnerability, they reminded us that every great speaker starts with a story worth sharing.

Congratulations to TM Mae AC for delivering a truly touching and memorable Ice Breaker speech, and to everyone who continues to show up, step out of their comfort zone, and progress through their Pathways journey.

Every meeting is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a better communicator. Great speakers are not built overnight they are built through consistent practice, courage, and commitment.
