Minsan naitatanong ko sa aking sarili, sukatan ba ang pinag-aralan para manalo ang isang kandidato sa halalan? Yung mga nagawang proyekto na pera naman ng taong bayan ang ginamit, yung mga kawang-gawa na naka-video na kailangang ipangalandakan. Ngayong halalan na naman dami kong nakikitang nanganganpanya may mga libreng t-shirt, daming tarpaulin ( nauso kasi ) ng sari-saring mukha ng mga kandidato. Mga papel na dumadagdag pa sa kalat ng kalye na halos wala nang paglagyan. Hay sana mauso yung paperless campaign, yung walang gastos, yung ipopost na lang sa wall ang profile at doon mismo sa bawat presinto nakalagay para doon na mamili ang taong bayan. Bawas na sa gastos patas pa ang laban. Pero sa isang banda medyo mahirap nga makapagdesisyon kung mismong sa araw pa ng halalan mag-iisip. Sana nga lang makaisip tayo ng paraang malinis, matipid at maayos na pangangampanya para sa kabutihan ng mamamayan. Para sa akin ang pagmamahal sa kapwa katulad ng pagmamahal mo sa sarili ang dapat na matutunan. Kasi kung mahal mo ang kapwa mo gaya ng iyong sarili, hindi mo sila gugulangan. Bagkus iisipin mong kung ano man ang meron sa iyo ay kaya mong ibahagi lalo na sa higit na nangangailangan.
