Specifically, yung kind of benefits na makakatulong sa college choices mo, and potentially baka hanggang life choices narin. Yung mas pipilitin ka pang um-attend ng class mo kahit isang subject lang tapos galing kabilang planeta ka pa, yung magce-celebrate ng wins mo together at ‘di lang sa ML, at yung mas gugustuhin mag-aya na humipan nalang ng bubbles kesa mag-yosi.

Because let’s be honest, we all experienced it and someone has to finally call you guys 🫵 out for all the questionable decisions we (yes kasama ako) make with our friends, and I guess I’ll be the one putting them into words. Ayan ha, hindi na naka anonymous post. I’m Mian, pero you can call me Tracey, kasi apparently, trabaho ko na i-trace kung saan nagsimula ang mga maling desisyon niyo. 🙄 But before you ask, yes I’ve made questionable choices too, just someone who likes putting out little experiences into words as a LAYAG’s writer. Hi, I’m Haru. I was bitten by the radioactive gosling 🐥 and in 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗚, I’m the one and only yearner… I mean, one of the editorial designers. A 2nd year, surviving 7 a.m. classes, group projects na ikaw ang “volunteer” by force, at deadlines na sabay-sabay dumarating na parang may GC silang lahat. Pero somehow, nandito pa rin ako. 𝘚𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘴, 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱, 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘫𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳…

Aeyghh nadulas... However, if there’s one thing I learned? College isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about pretending you do… habang nagco-coffee at nagca-cram ng requirements. So freshies, wag niyo i-speedrun ang college. 😭 Go make friends, ask questions, join orgs, get lost a little, make mistakes, and figure things out along the way.

I am 𝘝𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘺, an editorial writer ✒️ from the islands of 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗚! ⚓ Halina’t samahan niyo ako humagulgol sa maraming deadlines, because the ship is about to set sail! All I thought about college was just merely surviving, I struggled to fit the standards in my own program, and LOOOOTS of series of crying.😭 Pero habang tumatagal, I realized na… sa college, hindi naman kailangan agad-agad alam mo na kung saan ka papunta. Minsan, kailangan mo lang sumakay muna. 🚣

As an empath who finds joy in creating, I’ve always believed that stories can be expressed more than just one. We put stories through singing, through performing, or even giving them a voice through writing, so someone else knows they’re not sailing alone. Because every story deserves its own stage, a place where people will get to see themselves in it. Kaya dito sa mga mararagasang alon ng 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗚, hindi lang ikaw ang nag-iisa sa byaheng ito.
