Classes in all levels, both public and private, in the City of Dasmariñas are suspended tomorrow, 10 August 2026.

The City Government of Dasmariñas recognizes the autonomy of private schools, colleges and universities to conduct modular distance learning to ensure that learning competencies and objectives are met in times of disasters as well as during public health emergencies.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 122 issued by the Office of the President, classes at all levels in Cavite Province, including New Era National High School, are SUSPENDED TODAY, 06 August 2026, due to the continued heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

‎To ensure the continuity of learning and the safety of all learners, parents, and school personnel, the school shall implement the DepEd Learning Continuity Matrix as prescribed under DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2024.

Looking Back: National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 at New Era National High School

Throughout the month of July 2026, New Era National High School participated in the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month with the theme “Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas” through a series of information-sharing activities aimed at promoting disaster awareness, preparedness, and resilience among learners, parents, and the school community.
