𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 | Sports Fest: Awarding Night

The KLD CB1 Gym came alive on September 24, 2026 as Ares, Artemis, Boreas, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus gathered for the final night of Sports Festival 2026. After four days of fierce competition, every house carried the victories they earned, the challenges they faced, and the memories they created along the way with them.

It may not have been exactly what every college student imagined, but the fact that this remarkable celebration was brought to life by a collection of fellow studens make it all the more meaningful.

Yet, the night was never only about the champions. It was about every student who stepped onto the court, stood with their house, and gave their best until the very end.

For further details, here’s Chrisza Althea Cornejo’s report.

After a week of rigorous battle for dominance, the anticipation to whose Olympian will bear the title of championship reached its peak on the glorious 4th day of the event. Even the breathers and spaces for refreshments provided by the concessionaires couldn't halt the mythological rattling of the ground on campus, as the air grew thick in excitement at the announcement of winners.

The announcement of placers and champions brought out the cries from the pillars of olympus, shrilled by Regals as they belaud in victory. Faces filled with tears and smiles carved out manuscripts on the olympus stanchions of the Sports Festival, while they wear the symbols of their Institutes and Teams after the victorious announcement of the winners.

A legendary day of 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡, as the Regals etched another event of heraldic sportsmanship, on the history of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas. ❄️🔱🔥⚔️🏹

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 | In a silent yet fierce battle of wits, campus tacticians locked horns across three unforgiving speed formats during the KLD Sports Festival 2026 Chess Tournament. From calculated positional plans to down-to-the-second time scrambles, each olympian pushed their mental boundaries to turn intense pressure into triumph. Beyond the tactical masterstrokes on the 64 squares, the tournament highlighted stories of relentless offensive strategy, words of inspiration for aspiring players, and emotional late-stage comebacks fueled by esteemed support. Ultimately, every competitor embodied the fierce essence of their godly namesakes, cementing an extraordinary legacy for the inaugural "Clash of Olympians.”

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 | Each player possessed undeniable talent and power, but victory belonged to whoever dared to fight for it. The court burned intensely as divine forces clashed, exchanging leads with every possession. In every tied score, the only goal was to take the lead, once they held their ground it answered with triumph. Through every shot, the court became their battlefield, where teamwork became their weapon and every point added a step onto a ladder towards their successful yet continuous journey.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 | Olympus may have thunderbolts, tridents, pitchforks, or arrows, but on this court, the divine came armed with rackets. Rallies were fierce and celestials descended upon the court. The Boreas are furnished with the force of North Wind, while Poseidon are equipped with waves of intensity as their players battle through every match. As the shuttle soared between them, the deities left their mark through the story of their skills. Each serve is a language they created in which their legend was inscribed.

After days of competition across the playing field, Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas’ first ever Sportsfest finally comes to an end. With the final standings settled, Freeze Dominator Boreas of the Institute of Behavioral and Social Science claims the overall championship, becoming the first name to be written into the history of KLD Sportsfest but beyond the title and the final rankings, the first Sports Festival leaves behind a week of experiences, memories, and moments that became part of a beginning the entire Regal community got to witness.

While Regals from different years brought the noise, the graduating students made sure to make the most out of it from every cheer, every game and every moment.

Even when the cheers die down, the sounds of the first ever sports fest will linger beyond their coming years of their life as Regals.
