All SHS students who will be requesting for student's official documents are allowed to request every Mondays and Tuesdays only. Take note that releasing of document is scheduled every Thursday and Friday only.

For those students who cannot request personally or face to face.Please use the google form found in our messenger account. While for claiming the requested document kindly set an appointment using also our google form.
