๐โจ SUCCESSFUL CONDUCT OF SCHOOL-BASED IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) 2026 โจ๐
Theme: โAlignment of Classroom and National Assessmentโ
Sta. Cristina Elementary School successfully conducted its 2026 School-Based In-Service Training (INSET), a two-day professional development activity aimed at strengthening teachersโ assessment literacy and enhancing their competencies in developing, utilizing, and analyzing quality classroom-based assessments aligned with national assessment standards.
The activity provided the teaching personnel with meaningful opportunities for professional learning, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skills enhancement, particularly in the areas of assessment literacy, item writing, PISA-like assessment, item analysis, and the integration of assessment into classroom instruction.

DAY 1 | VIRTUAL LEARNING SESSION.
Due to the suspension of classes, the first day of the INSET was conducted last September 10,2026 through an online modality. Despite the change in modality, the commitment of the SCES teaching personnel to continuous professional development remained steadfast.

The second day was conducted last September 11,2026 at SCESโcovered court through a face-to-face learning session, providing the participants with opportunities for deeper engagement, collaborative learning, practical application, and professional exchange.
