During the first semester auditing period for A.Y. 2025 - 2026, certain student offices displayed exemplary performance in their preparation of financial documents, little to no computation errors, proper receipts, and prompt responses to revision requests and clarifications from their departments' assigned Inspector Generals.

In no specific order, the displayed Student Governments and Program Councils below were given this distinction.

Once again, we would like to applaud all student officers that took part in each phase of holding events and accoutable use of funds for greater transparency and accountability.

❕❕ 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 ❕❕

To all Student Governments and Program Councils, the Audit Clearances for the 1st Semester are to be released today.

Those student governments and program councils that have pending revisions, additional documents, or audit cases will not be issued a clearance. Settlement of accounts must be completed before a clearance be issued.

Extension of the Auditing Period for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2025-2026

Those on the following list have submitted their audit reports for the 1st semester of A.Y. 2025-2026, within the prescribed period for completing such documents.

As of 1 P.M. of January 17, 2026, a total of nine (9) SGs and twenty two (22) PCs out of the nine (9) SGs and twenty four (24) PCs of our University had passed their audit reports on time.

This also includes those offices that submitted valid reasons to extend the submission of their audit reports and those offices with no held events nor expenditure for the said periods.

To all Student Governments and Program Councils, the deadline to submit the 1st Semester Audit Report is 1 P.M. today, January 17, 2026.

All submissions are expected to be sent via the lAS official email ([email protected]).

Failure to comply with the set deadline has corresponding sanctions, therefore no consideration will be provided for certain offices. Furthermore, no requests for extensions will be entertained.

The deadline to request extensions for the submission of the 1st Semester Audit Report for A.Y. 2025 - 2026 is until 1 P.M. today.

For those Student Governments and Program Councils that have already submitted their extension requests, please kindly await our official decisions, to be provided after the 5th Formal Voting Session.

If your office held no events nor utilized funds for the 1st semester, kindly inform our commission through the sent notice dated December 29, 2025.

With the end of the first semester, in line with the upmost goal to maintain transparency and accountability in student leadership, the University Student Government — Internal Audit Service, through its officers, is to work and act with full honesty, integrity, and transparency.

From this, in accordance with the 24th Act of Congress, also known as the “USG Transparency and Accountability Act of 2022,” the commission releases its Attendance Record for the Second Quarter of A.Y. 2025-2026.

Any tasks involving the 1st semester auditing period were conducted remotely by the members during the holidays, and a progress report is to be released to disclose the conducted tasks of the commission throughout the semester.
