Step 2: After completing the ERS Application, fill out the Google Form for TUP Cavite:

Step 3: Once you have submitted the Google Form, your Initial requirements will be evaluated. You will then receive an email containing the examination schedule and instructions for the submission of your requirements at the TUP Cavite Admissions Office.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Do not proceed with the Google Form unless you have successfully and correctly completed the ERS Application.
- Use the correct Applicant ID, which must start with "2627A." This is automatically generated after completing your ERS account registration. DO NOT guess your Applicant ID!

Please be informed that the TUPSTAT Entrance Examination is scheduled on:

All applicants are required to properly accomplish and submit BOTH the following:

- Google Application Form

After submission, all requirements will be evaluated by the Admissions Office.

Qualified applicants will then receive an email notification containing the examination schedule, venue, and further instructions.

Applicants are advised to regularly check their email and ensure that all information provided is correct and complete.
