>SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "AGATON" was estimated based on all available data at 130 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.8°N, 126.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northeast slowly.
>Tropical Cyclone outside PAR as of 3:00 PM today.
>>TROPICAL STORM MALAKAS (2201)
>>Location: 1,915 KM EAST OF MINDANAO (7.4°N, 143.7°E)
>>Maximum Sustained Winds: 75 km/h
>>gustiness: up to 90 km/h
>>Movement: West Northwestward at 15 KM/H
>>Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Siargao Island, and Bucas Grande Island will experience Rains with gusty winds caused by TD Agaton. Possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains. Minimal to minor threat to lives and properties due to strong winds.
