Please be reminded that the deadline for Graduate Studies registration, adding and dropping of subjects with refund, and payment of tuition fees for the Third Trimester, SY 2025-2026 is June 6, 2026.
Failure to settle payments within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of registration.
Please be guided accordingly.

🎓 ADVISORY | TOGA FEES, MEASUREMENT, DISTRIBUTION & RETURN (CLASS OF 2026) 🎓
Attention to all College and Master’s Candidates for Graduation (Class of 2026)!
In preparation for the 51st Commencement Exercises (August 4–5, 2026), please be guided by the following important information regarding your toga rental:
📌 TOGA FEES
• Rental Fee: ₱500.00
• Refundable Security Deposit: ₱2,000.00
Note: Payments may be made online via the official student PAYMENT PORTAL using:
Maya Debit or Credit Cards and QRPH-e-wallet.
The deposit will be refunded upon return of the complete toga set within the prescribed schedule.
ISSUANCE GUIDELINES
✅ Togas will only be issued to candidates listed in the official master list from the Registrar
✅ Present your Official/Collection Receipt when claiming
✅ Doctoral candidates must provide their own toga

Important:
• A claim stub will be issued upon toga return. Present this to claim your refund
• Candidates who did not claim their toga may proceed directly to Accounting for refund requests within the schedule
• Failure to return the toga on time will result in forfeiture of the ₱2,000 deposit
🚫 Starting August 21, 2026: P2,000 deposit shall be forfeited for toga set not returned within the prescribed schedule.
Please be reminded that schedules may be adjusted in case of official suspensions. Stay updated through official announcements.
