The program began with thoughtful workshops facilitated by our guidance counselors: Mental Health Screening Tools by Sir Spencer Mapute, Psychological Capital by Maโam Ma. Catrine Durana and Conducting Action Research by Dr. Romelyn Saul.
The afternoon session featured the presentation of annual accomplishment reports, highlighting the guidance services of each department and sharing valuable learnings toward the continuous improvement of the department.
Through continuous learning and shared commitment, the department remains dedicated to fostering a more responsive and supportive academic community.

Their commitment, compassion, and willingness to serve have truly made a meaningful impact on the community.
This celebration became even more inspiring with the presence of our invited guest speaker and peer alumna, ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐, who generously shared her journey, experiences, and life lessons as a former peer facilitator, encouraging everyone to continue building responsible leaders through service, empathy, and support.
The program concluded with a ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ณ๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฏ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, whose guidance, kindness, and unwavering support made them more than just facilitators, but also trusted ates and kuyas within the community. Department of Labor and Employment representative Mr. John Rainier Enriquez, Senior Labor and Employment Officer from DOLE Cavite, together with Ms. Riza Ramirez-Flores, Labor and Employment Officer III, and Mr. Christian Joshua Caya, Labor and Employment Officer I from the Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office IV-A Migrant Workers Protection Division, are currently sharing valuable insights and practical guidance with fourth-year college students on how to prepare for and successfully navigate the professional world.
The seminar-workshop aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for career readiness, employment preparation, and future professional opportunities.
