The City Government of Dasmariñas recognizes the autonomy of private schools, colleges and universities to conduct modular distance learning to ensure that learning competencies and objectives are met in times of disasters as well as during public health emergencies.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 128, and in view of the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS (PUBLIC & PRIVATE) are SUSPENDED on AUGUST 18, 2026 (TUESDAY).

Government offices shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements. However, offices whose functions involve providing essential public services and are directly involved in disaster emergency management operations shall continue with their operations and render necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in private companies and offices shall be left to the discretion of their respective management.
