Last April 30, 2026, the students under the Banking Laws class of Atty. Vernice Roman, together with Atty. Together with Atty. Randy Villaluz and Atty. Florante Zagada, the 4th-year CLEP students of PCU Cavite – College of Law participated in an educational tour at Bahay Ugnayan, Malacañang.

The tour highlighted the history of the Philippines through the lives and leadership of the country’s Presidents, giving students a deeper appreciation of how past administrations shaped governance, laws, and national development. By tracing historical decisions and milestones, the activity provided valuable context for understanding constitutional principles, executive power, and public administration—insights that are highly relevant in the future practice of law.

More than a historical visit, the experience strengthened the students’ sense of nationalism and their awareness of the vital role lawyers play in upholding the rule of law and serving the nation.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Malacañang Heritage Tours team for the engaging and informative guided experience, as well as to the accommodating staff and heads for their warm assistance throughout the visit.

Special thanks to Ms. Vanessa Candao for her invaluable help in organizing this meaningful activity
