unites as we conduct an "Anti-Bullying Campaign."

Bullying is a timely and relevant issue to address, especially for our youth today.

Indeed, it was a successful event, thanks to our partners (SNES-SPTA and Dasmarias City Police Station, Women and Children's Protection Desk) and to our resource speakers who shared their knowledge and expertise on "anti-bullying."

This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 643 signed in 2004 amending Proclamation No. 396 dated 2003 institutionalized the observance of Philippine Arbor Day every June 25.

The proclamation enjoins the active participation of all government agencies, including government-owned and controlled corporations, private sector, schools, civil society groups and the citizenry in tree planting activity.

The proclamation was issued in cognizance by the state of the necessity to promote a healthier ecosystem for our people through the rehabilitation and regreening of our environment.
