Look back on the recent Banduanjin event that happened on the fourth day of the 53rd Founding Anniversary Celebration at the EAC Open Field. Emilian Senior High School learners actively participated in a meditative 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗶𝗻 routine, practicing slow breathing and mindful exercise.
