What you see as a completed set of documents represents hours of work, patience, and teamwork behind the scenes. 📑💚

The BUSAC Officers poured their time and effort into completing the re-accreditation process for A.Y. 2026-2027. From preparing and reviewing documents, making revisions, printing and organizing papers, binding everything together, securing signatures and signatories, and going through every detail one more time, every step became part of the journey. 🖨️📚✍️

There were revisions to make, pages to check, papers to arrange, and details that could not be overlooked. It may look simple when everything is finally compiled, but behind that finished output are hours of coordination, persistence, and collective effort.

Because organizational work is not always about the events on stage or the projects people see. Sometimes, it is found in the quiet work behind the scenes, where officers stay committed even when no one is watching.

This is more than just re-accreditation. It is a reflection of our commitment to accountability, responsible leadership, and our continued dedication to serving the SciEnthusiast community.

‎The Bicol University Science Alliance Club (BUSAC) Executive Committee convened its 2nd Coordination Meeting on August 22, 2026, via Google Meet, presided by BUSAC President, 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮. The meeting was attended by the Executive Officers to discuss organizational matters, align plans, and advance the initiatives of the organization for the current Academic Year.

‎The agenda included updates on re‑accreditation requirements, the JC Hunt, the official directory, and progress updates of Tindahan ni Eureka: Merch‑SCIya Collection and other matters. Furthermore, the body formally welcomed the newly elected BUSAC 1st Year Representative 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗲, who now joins the Executive Council in serving the organization and its members.

‎This meeting reinforced the commitment of the officers to uphold the organization’s objectives, foster unity, and work collaboratively toward the successful implementation of all planned activities. It marks another significant step in strengthening the alliance and ensuring effective service to every SciEnthusiast.
