The Educational Technology Unit, renamed as the Education Technology Program, inclusive of its programs and personnel, shall be transferred from the Information and Communications Technology Service and placed under the Bureau of Learning Delivery under the supervision and control of the Undersecretary Curriculum and Instruction and the Assistant Secretary for Curriculum and Instruction - Learning Delivery and Alternative Learning System.

Each student is unique, endowed with talents and skills. Although they learn in different modes and at different paces, they have their innate gifts that are just waiting to be tapped. Thus, it is imperative that educators should diversify their approaches and strategies in teaching the students to be more effective and efficient in discovering these gifts or talents and in developing the skills that the students ought to practice, enhance, learn, and acquire.
