To strengthen the spirit of giving and volunteerism, the DNHS English Department together with the English Club and Eloquent Guild conducted an outreach activity at Binitayan, Daraga, Albay on December 12, 2025.

The event, held in collaboration with Barangay Captain Hon. Mike L. Rodriqueza and other Binitayan Barangay and SK officials, included a feeding program, storytelling activity, fun games, and the distribution of school supplies and gifts to the children.

Lozada, OIC, English Department; and the English Club Advisers, Ms. Roxas and Ms. Maldo, along with the English Club officers and members, Daraga National High School commenced its National Reading Month 2025 with the unveiling of an educational bulletin board featuring English and Literature trivia, mythology, and daily linguistic and literary segments.

The National Reading Month celebration will include reading challenges, speaking engagements, writing contests, group competitions, quizzes, and a Spelling Bee, all designed to celebrate literacy, foster creativity and promote love for reading.
