FAQs

1. How do I place an order for official OMC merchandise?
The pre-order form can be found on our official "Gear Hub" page.

2. How should I pay for my order?
Please visit the page to see the payment form attached.

3. When and where can I expect to receive my order?
The second batch is expected to arrive two weeks after the pre-order period ends. Pre-orders will be accepted until September 30, 2022. All merchandise will be available at the BMAP office. Kindly check the page to keep you posted.

4 Can I make any changes to my order?
No. Please double-check your order before submitting the pre-order form.

5. Can I pay in half upon placing an order?
Yes. 50% downpayment is allowed. You can pay the remaining balance once your order has been released.
