As part of Bicol College’s commitment to continuous improvement and quality education, Dr. Domingo C. Breva Jr., Dr. Saerel R. Cas, and Dr. Jingkie C. Deocareza participated in the 2-Day CHED Bicol ENABLE Seminar-Workshop on Lifelong Learning held at Vela Hotel, Legazpi City.

The seminar provided the latest updates on RA 12124, CMO No. 11, s. 2025, and the implementation of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), including new developments for the Criminology program. It also featured policy updates, technical discussions, workshops, and the sharing of best practices to further strengthen institutional processes and enhance the quality of ETEEAP implementation.
