First Come, First Served Basis. Once the slots are full, the program will start immediately.

1. Academic Records (Photocopy):
*Report Card / Form 137 (for High School undergraduates or graduates) OR
*Transcript of Records / TOR (for College undergraduates or graduates)

2. Identification: PSA Birth Certificate (plus Marriage Certificate for married female applicants)

*Free Assessment
*Daily Allowance Included

*Must be at least 18 years of age.
*We prioritize 4Ps beneficiaries, those currently unemployed, and out-of-school youth.
**We are looking for individuals who are genuinely willing, dedicated, and committed to finishing the program.

*Duration: 125-day program (approximately 4 months), inclusive of OJT.
*Class Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
*Applicants must be able to strictly commit to this full-time schedule.
