Since 2005, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐃. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐫. has been the guiding light of the College of Business Administration at Jose Rizal Memorial State University. As its Founding Dean, he poured his heart, wisdom, and unwavering dedication into building not just a college, but a true home for learning, growth, and leadership.

For over two decades, Dr. Carreon has stood as a pillar of strength, a mentor, and an inspiration—nurturing not only generations of students but also empowering his colleagues and faculty members to grow alongside him. His leadership has been marked by compassion, integrity, and vision—qualities that shaped not just professionals, but leaders who now carry with them the values he instilled.

He has led by example, reminding everyone that true leadership is not about authority, but about service, sacrifice, and lifting others to reach their fullest potential. His countless contributions—whether in academic programs, faculty development, or student success—are a testament to his tireless commitment to excellence.

As he now takes his bow as the Outgoing Dean, we honor his legacy and express our deepest gratitude for the immeasurable impact he has left in the hearts and minds of everyone blessed to walk under his leadership. Exciting beginnings at the Inception meeting of the Funded Extension project by Landbank Community Development Foundation Inc. (LCDFI) in partnership with JRMSU! This transformative initiative, with a budget of 2,000,000, aims to enhance financial literacy for farmers and fishers in the unbanked municipalities of Zamboanga del Norte.

We're proud to have a team of dedicated faculty from all JRMSU campuses working together to empower our communities.

A heartfelt thank you to the JRMSU administration, especially University President Dr. Maria Rio Naguit, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension Dr. Rizza Bagalanon, and Extension Director Prof. Bobmil Flores, for their invaluable support.
