RA Creations & Services It is for these reasons why Dapitan City National High School (DCNHS) was created. It started as an annex school of Ilaya National High School.

With the present condition of the country where every Filipino family has to face the realities of economic crisis, sharing of everyone’s capabilities, resources, time and concern for fellowmen should be the vital element to achieve real change. The school is the only public secondary school situated in the city proper made possible through the joint effort of the City Government of Dapitan with t

he close coordination of the Local officials of the Department of Education. In year 2001, the school became independent having receive its own financial allocation as a Nationalized Secondary School. It strongly believe that empowering every school citizen to cope up with the demands of the time can make learning successful in the lives of every student. The school offers several accommodation facilities such as fully air-conditioned internet connected Computer Laboratory Room, fully furnished Science Laboratory, several comfort rooms, cemented basketball court, School Library, Mini Park and the like. Being the youngest secondary school in its division , its outstanding achievements in both academic and non-academic contests is beyond reach with the expertise of its well trained and highly qualified teachers.
