Dapa Central Elementary School & SPED Center-SSES extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Bureau of Fire Protection – Dapa, under the supervision of SFO3 Michael E. Oraliza, for their generous assistance in flushing and cleaning the grounds of the DCES Covered Court.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Metro Siargao Water District,headed by General Manager Remelyn M. Conte, for granting permission to use their Hydraulic Flushing Unit, which made this initiative possible.

SELG Officers Participate in the Children’s Congress 2026

Today, our Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) Officers proudly participated in the Children’s Congress 2026, initiated by the Local Government Unit of Dapa (LGU Dapa) and held at the Brgy. 13 Evacuation Center, Dapa, Surigao del Norte.

The event brought together young leaders to strengthen their commitment to children’s rights, leadership, and meaningful participation in community development.

A special congratulations to our SELG President, Lhexie Khim Venice B. Madlos, for being elected as the Children’s Representative to the Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC).

Dapa Central Elementary School and SPED Center–SSES proudly participated in the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

Through this meaningful observance, our school joins the nation in promoting patriotism, respect for the rule of law, responsible citizenship, and a deeper appreciation of the country's sovereignty and maritime rights.
