Capability Building Program for Prospective Regional/Provincial Lead Assessors

Local Guiding Services NC II and Tour Guiding Services NC III

(Multiplier Training Program)

The Siargao Training and Assessment Center, Inc. (STAC) is pleased to announce the "Capability Building Program for Prospective Regional/Provincial Lead Assessors for the following qualifications:

Local Guiding Services NC II
Tour Guiding Services NC III

This Multiplier Training Program aims to develop and strengthen the competencies of prospective Regional and Provincial Lead Assessors who will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of competency assessment and certification in the tourism sector.

Objectives

* Enhance participants' knowledge of competency assessment systems and procedures.
* Develop leadership skills in managing and mentoring assessors.
* Standardize assessment practices aligned with TESDA Training Regulations.
* Prepare participants to serve as Regional/Provincial Lead Assessors and Multipliers.

Target Participants

* TESDA-accredited Assessors
* Prospective Regional/Provincial Lead Assessors
* Tourism Trainers and Industry Practitioners
* Qualified individuals endorsed by TESDA Regional or Provincial Offices

Siargao Training and Assessment Center Inc. is now accepting aspiring tour guides who are passionate about tourism, culture, and hospitality.

📌 Limited slots only!

Requirements:

1. Completed Learners Profile Form – MIS 03-01 Form (to be given by STAC)
2. ID Picture: (white background, With collar ang shirt)
a) 4pcs Passport-Sized Photo
b) 2 pcs 1x1 sized Photo
3. 4pcs photocopy, Proof of Identity (A valid government-issued ID is necessary.)
4. 4pcs photocopy, Birth Certificate
5. 4pcs photocopy, educational requirements of any 1 of the following:
· high school or college diploma
· Transcript of Records (TOR)
· Form 137/138
· ALS certificate, or other proof of your educational level.
6. Certificate of Employment (or Barangay Certification related to the training)

We are pleased to inform everyone that the Tour Guiding Services NC III Training will officially start on May 11.

Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their requirements on or before April 30 to secure a slot.
