OLFA is looking for a qualified Teachers for the S.Y. 2024-2025 with the following qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least BACHELOR DEGREE for the following fields;
*English *ICT *Research
2. Preferably a Licensed Teacher.
3. Has a good oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literate.

Interested applicants may submit an application letter addressed to SR. MARIA KRISTHEN F. BATUIGAS, O.P. school principal, Photocopy of your TOR, License, Resume, and other relevant documents to the Office of the School Registrar on or before June 07, 2024.

ATTENTION STE-QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR STE QUALIFYING EXAMINATION📣📣📣

Please be informed that the schedule of Qualifying Examination is on May 24, 2024, Friday, 8:00AM-11:00AM followed by an interview at 1:00PM-4:00PM. Please bring a pencil, Php 100.00 for the testing fee and your lacking documents. Testing room is to be announced.

Here are the guidelines and requirements for STE Applicants:

*Average of 85% or above in Grade 6 English, Science and Mathematics (From First to Third Quarter)
*At least 83% in other subjects (per quarter)
*Must be 12 years old as of October 31, 2024.
*Duly accomplished STE application form
*Certificate of Good Moral Character
*SF 9 (Student's Report Card) (certified true copy)

Criteria for STE QUALIFICATION

Qualifying Exam Score-65%
Interview-15%
Grade 6 Average-20%
Total of 100%

We are still accepting STE applicants and feel free to visit the Principal's office anytime this week and fill out the STE form.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION PASSERS FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 (1st and 2nd Batch)

Please be informed that the qualified applicants for incoming Grade 7, can now submit their requirements for enrollment starting on June 3, 2024.

Requirements for Incoming Grade 7:
*Form 138/SF 9 (Report Card)
*Certificate of Good Moral Character
* Photocopy of Live Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
*Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
*Certificate of Completion for Grade 1 and Grade 11

For STE Applicants, the schedule of the Qualifying Examination and Interview is on May 24, 2024, Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.

We are excited to let you know that OLFA is now accepting applications for the Science Technology and Engineering (STE) program.

The following are the Documentary Requirements:
📌Certificate of Good Moral Character.
📌Grade 6 Form 9 (Report Card -First to Third Quarter Rating Certified Machine Copy)
📌Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
📌Duly Accomplished Application Form(Available at the Office).

Age Requirements:
📌Must be 12 years old as of October 31, 2024.

Other Requirements:
📌Average rating of 85% in Grade 6, English, Math & Science and at least 83% in all other subjects (1st to 3rd Quarter)
📌 Duly Accomplished Application Form with 1x1 ID picture.
📌Must pass the qualifying exam.

Phase 1- Qualifying Exam
Phase 2- Face to Face Interview

📣 Announcement: Onsite Admission of Examination for Grade 7 is officially open starting April 11, 2024 and the Examination Day wil be held every Saturday starting April 27, 2024 📚

We are enthusiastic to announce that the entrance examination for admission to Grade 7 will be held every Saturday starting April 27, 2024 (8:00am-11:00am). This examination will be your entree to join our esteemed institution and embark on an enriching academic journey and a spirit-filled connection to the Church activities. Our institution is offering free tuition fees for the aspirants so you to fully enjoy your privilege as a Fatimanian under the supervision of the Dominican Sisters which is also supported by the parish of Dao.

📅 Date: every Saturday starting April 27, 2024
⏰ Time: 8:00am-11:00am
🏫 Location: Our Lady of Fatima Academy of Dao, Inc. (room is to be announced)
📝 Subjects: The examination will cover five major learning areas.
