EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 28 Series of 2025
AN ORDER FOR SUSPENSION OF CLASSES IN BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS O ALL LEVELS FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS INCLUDING TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL DUE TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANGCAGAN.

WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of the Philippines authorizes the Local Government Units (LGU's) to exercise the powers essential to the promotion of the general welfare of the people;

WHEREAS, heavy rainfall has been experienced and might cause flooding and landslides, which makes the difficulty of students and teachers in coming to school and returning home, it may also cause sickness that will result to absences not only to students but with greater negative effects if the teachers are affected, that threatens the learning process of the students;

WHEREAS, weather conditions have severity in our area of jurisdiction due to Typhoon "Tino" which was being issued by PAGASA and the status of the Province of Bukidnon has been raised to Bravo Status (Medium Risk) by the Provincial Government;

WHEREAS, classes in public and private schools in both primary and secondary schools levels are suspended tomorrow November 4, 2025;

NOW THEREFORE, I. MARK VINCENT B. DANDASAN, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Dangcagan, Bukidnon, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the SUSPENSION OF CLASSES IN BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF ALL LEVELS FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS INCLUDING TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL DUE TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANGCAGAN.

SO ORDERED.

Maayong adlaw kaninyo mga tinahod kong mga ginikanan sa Migcuya ES! Ako manawagan og nagahangyo sa inyong presensya karong Dec. 2 and 3 para magpahina kita sa eskwelahan kay aduna kitay umaabot nga Gulayan sa Paaralan Evaluation og Wash in School Monitoring. Kanang mga adlawa dili pwede nato madisturbo ang mga kabataan kay schedule sa ilang 2nd Quarter Exam busa kamo akong gihangyo nga unta inyoha kini gahinan og panahon. Sigon sa makakita ani nga post e share ninyo and hinaut nga inyo kini ipa abot sa uban natong mga ginikanan. Ayaw kamo kalimot sa pagdala og mga gamit sa pagpahina sama sa bolo og uban pa. Daghan kaayong salamat!

SILHIG 🧹 - kay para silhigon natu tanang kalat ug sakit na iyang gibilin.

SAKO 🗑️ - kay sa sako natu ilabay tanang butang na dapat ng ilabay, labaw na ang mga butang na mkapa hinumdom sa iyaha.

GUNA ⛏️ - kay para hagbason tanang mga sagbot na patay na kay lisod na basin mutubo nasad ug balik ang feelings.

TRAPO 🧽 - kay para trapohan natu tanang luha nga nidagayday ug niagas sa mga panahong gibyaan ka niya. Pati tong mga panahon na pa fall kaayo siya.

PINTAL 🎨 - kay para mapintalan ang lama sa kagahapon nga dili na kaya kuskoson.
