The competition categories — Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert, and Table Skirting, truly showcased the students’ culinary talents, teamwork, innovation, and professionalism. The 1st Year Hospitality Management students proudly showcased their passion, creativity, knowledge, and skills through food preparation, food styling, plating, and food service presentations during their Final Culmination Activity. This event became a celebration of teamwork, dedication, discipline, and culinary artistry as students demonstrated everything they have learned throughout the semester.
The competition featured different categories including Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert, and Table Skirting, where students were able to showcase not only their culinary talents but also their creativity in presentation, arrangement, and service. Each group demonstrated impressive skills, innovation, and professionalism that truly reflected the essence of hospitality and excellent customer service.
From elegant table setups to beautifully plated dishes, every presentation highlighted the students’ hard work, cooperation, and attention to detail. The activity also allowed the students to build confidence, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure — qualities that are essential in the hospitality industry.
