Cebu Technological University (CTU) officially launched a comprehensive institutional inventory of all existing Production and Resource Generation (PRG) projects to strengthen operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and advance financial sustainability across campuses.

The on-site activity held at the CTU Danao Campus Production Area on October 22, 2025, marks a vital step in reinforcing the university’s commitment to accountable resource management and accreditation readiness. PRG Staff members Ms. Jean Duron and Ms. Mil Rose Repunte conducted an extensive evaluation of the production facility and existing projects, in close coordination with Dr. Ivy A. Batican, Chairperson of the Production Office.

Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus, through its Production Office, conducted a Basic Food Safety Training on September 25, 2025, in collaboration with the City Health Services of Danao City. The training aimed to strengthen the participants' understanding of food, safety, sanitation, and basic food preparation techniques.

The activity featured resource speakers Dr. David Thomas B. Villon and Ms. Rose Ann M. Juntilla, RN, who shared their expertise on proper food handling practices and health standards in promoting overall well-being.

A sensory evaluation was conducted on August 28, 2025, at CTU Danao Production Area featuring three product variants: Chocochip Cookies enriched with Cacao, Chocochip Cookies enriched with Malunggay, and Chocochip Cookies enriched with Malunggay and Oregano.
