𝗗𝗮𝘆 3 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 | 𝗙𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗣 3-𝗜𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 2025

The final day of the FSTLP 3-In Day Team Building held at the CTU Facility Centrum was a celebration of unity, leadership, and recognition. In the morning, the Future Science and Technology Leaders of the Philippines (FSTLP) joined forces with The Working Hand (TWH) for a collaborative team building activity. Filled with excitement, teamwork, and laughter, the activities fostered camaraderie, strengthened inter-organizational relationships, and reinforced the value of shared leadership. The morning served as a powerful reminder that progress is best achieved through unity, support, and a collective commitment to serve.

In the afternoon, the spotlight turned toward acknowledging the exceptional efforts and contributions of FSTLP officers through the 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and inspiration as esteemed former FSTLP leaders took the stage. 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐥𝐣𝐨𝐧 𝐀. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐨 (Former President), 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐌. 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐨 (Former Secretary), 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐘𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐨 𝐔𝐫𝐥 𝐒. 𝐌𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨, and 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏. 𝐆𝐢𝐨 each delivered heartfelt messages that reflected on their journey and encouraged current leaders to carry on the torch with integrity, excellence, and passion. Their words served as a powerful source of motivation for the organization’s continued growth.

We would like to thank and recognize 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 for their unwavering commitment, generous support, and steadfast partnership in empowering the Future Science and Technology Leaders of the Philippines (FSTLP) - Danao. Their continued dedication has been instrumental in advancing our mission as an organization.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 2 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 | 𝗙𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗣 3-𝗜𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 2025

Day 2 of FSTLP 3-In Day Team Building 2025 centered on building a strong foundation for the future through strategic planning and financial leadership. In the morning, FSTLP Officers laid out their goals and initiatives for Academic Year 2025–2026 during an intensive strategic planning session, focusing on alignment, innovation, and sustainable impact across all organizational levels.

The afternoon featured a series of empowering talks aimed at strengthening financial literacy and leadership accountability. 𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐲 𝐐. 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐨, Budget Officer II, led the session on “𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑,” emphasizing transparency and ethical resource management. This was followed by 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚 𝐀. 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐧’𝐬 introduction to PPMP (Project Procurement Management Plan), and 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐍. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠’𝐬 discussion on CMO 63—equipping officers with the knowledge to lead with integrity and fiscal responsibility.

With purpose-driven plans and financial clarity, FSTLP sets the standard for visionary and accountable student leadership.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 1 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 | 𝗙𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗣 3-𝗜𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 2025

Held at 𝑪𝑻𝑼 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒎 on 𝑱𝒖𝒍𝒚 3, 2025, the first day of the 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐏) 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 kicked off with dynamic Kumustahay activities that fostered camaraderie and connection.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted toward leadership development and organizational growth. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐂. 𝐌𝐮𝐭𝐲𝐚, FSTLP Adviser, led a session titled “𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆-𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆,” emphasizing the importance of visionary and research-oriented leadership. This was followed by insightful presentations on FSTLP operations and governance, with 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐋. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐬 (FSTLP President 2024–2025) discussing the organization’s mission and direction, 𝐑𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐆. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧 (Executive Secretary) presenting the Minutes of the Meeting, 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐱𝐥 𝐉𝐲𝐧 𝐁. 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 (Auxiliary) guiding members in Resolution Making, and 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 (Chief Justice) presenting the Constitution and By-Laws.

The day concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and unity, paving the way for the next generation of empowered science and technology leaders.

In accordance with 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗜𝗜, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭(𝗮) of the newly revised 𝗙𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘀, the 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 of the organization shall be elected through a Closed Election, participated in solely by the incumbent officers.

This internal election was officially conducted last 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, via an online platform, facilitated by the FSTLP Commission on Elections.
