To: All CSAP Students and Parents

We understand the current situation of our students and families who have been unfortunately affected by Typhoon Tino. Nonetheless, we deeply appreciate those parents and students who have already come to school to settle their balances and request account information.

In response, and in our effort to continue serving our Paduan community, we have made necessary arrangements to open the Accounting Office starting tomorrow, November 14, 2025, to accommodate payments and account inquiries.

We sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we strive to restore normal operations. Let us continue to keep one another in our prayers for safety and recovery.

Dear Paduans,

School Year 2024-2025 is about to end and signing of clearance is waving, with that you can get your semestral clearance for 2nd semester of 2024-2025 to the Accounting Office at Window 1, no clearance will be distributed by the advisers. Students can acquire the clearance in the Accounting Office only starting today April 15,2025.

Take note a second copy of clearance is not free , this is to instill discipline and accountability.

Accounting Office will be open tomorrow November 23,2024 , only for the signing of clearance. No payments will be catered.

Attention to all Paduan students:

CSAP Accounting Office starts to sign your clearance on November 21,2024 as part of the semestral requirement. For those who already have their clearance you can come to the office at Window 1 for the signature, and for those who did not yet receive their clearance you can secure it from your respective advisers.
