I was asked..."Sir, pano ba magsimula ng negosyo? Parang ang hirap."

First, anyone who says starting a business is easy, yung mga nagsabi na hindi mo kailangan ng ganito or ganyan is a liar.

Kung madali, then most people are entrepreneurs.

Kung madali kumita ng pera e di lahat tayo mayaman na.

Tama ba?

Gusto ko maintindihan mo to that business building and wealth creation requires certain skills.

Kung di kapa kumikita ng malaki meaning kulang ka pa sa skills.

And like most skills it will take some time to develop.

The key is you must stick to it no matter how hard it is.

Let me ask you this...

Do you know how to play a guitar? If not, have you at least once tried to play a guitar?

You can probably still remember how difficult it is in the beginning.

Masakit sa kamay, kalyo sa daliri, patay na tunog.

It's not easy di ba?

Another example marunong ka bang mag bike?

Naalala mo pa ba nung nagsimula ka palang mag bike ang hirap di ba?

But once your guitar skill, has been developed, you can now play pretty much all the songs that you want.

Once your bike skills has been developed madali nalang sumakay sa bike di ba?

It's the same principle in business building and wealth creation.

This is the reason why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The rich understands that perseverance + right skills = success.

Listen, you can blame the government and the corrupt system all you want but that won't make you rich.

Besides, those are outside of your control.

Blaming never changed anything.

Develop the necessary skills for your business and stick to it equals success.

I firmly believe that if you persist, and be consistent soon enough we will meet at the top celebrating our success.

It's friday morning having a gorgeous weather habang kumakain ako sa isang steak house I got a message from one of the life coaches living in new york.

It's a privilige to impact more people in their life, business and relationship.

We have no competition because everyone of us is unique, we are living in the world of collaboration.

Isa sa mga nakapagpabago sa akin at hindi ko makalimutan ay yung phrase na binahagi ng brain coach ko sabi niya:

"Nothing in your life without your agreement"

Alam mo ba na yung buhay mo ngayon ay naka based yan sa pag agree mo na ganun yung mangyayari?

Dati naisip ko baka ganito nalang talaga ang buhay ko mahirap, kasi pinanganak ako sa pamilya na puno ng pagmamahal peru salat sa pera.

Nung nalaman ko ang phrase na yan lahat ng bagay pala ay dumaan sa agreement sa sarili natin.

Let see for example pinanganak ka na mahirap na katulad ko ang palaging nasa isip natin ay ito:

Mahirap lang kami
Wala kaming sapat na pera,

Magkatoto lang pala yan pag nag agree ka na ganun ang magiging buhay mo.

Lahat naman tayo ay may kakayang gawin or baguhin ang nakasanayang buhay natin.

Dahil pareho tayo na binigyan ng panginoon ng utak peru magkaiba lang sa pag gamit.

Kung hindi kana masaya sa buhay mo ngayon, stress ka alam mo ba na you have the ability that you can change it?

Karamihan kasi sa atin ay na trap sa tinatawag na "identity loop" na ang ibig sabihin nito ay

kung ano ang tinuro at natutunan natin sa mga magulang natin nung bata pa tayo nag agree tayo na ganun talaga ang buhay natin na mahirap.

At dalang dala natin yan ilang taon ang nakalipas na hindi natin naitanong ang isa sa pinaka importanteng tanong sa sarili natin"

Ikaw naitanong mo ba yan sa sarili mo?

Malamang hindi din anoh?

Kasi na indoctrinate tayo sa mga nakapaligid natin noong bata pa tayo like our parents, churches, like media, like TV, like neighborhood etc.

Sila yung nag program at nagpakita sa atin na ganun yung magiging buhay natin.

Sila yung nagprogram sa atin na mahirap kitain ang pera

Sila yung nag program sa atin na we need to struggle para magka pera

Sila yung nag program sa atin na dapat paghirapan natin ang pera bago kitain.

Sila yung nag program na ganito or ganyan ang buhay natin.

Sila yung palagi nating naririig at pinaniniwalaan na ganun yung buhay natin.

Even "your name" sila ang nagbigay niyan sayo.

Ako katulad mo din ako na nagsasabi dati na:

Hindi ko kaya yan
Hindi ako mahilig jan
Hindi ako magaling sa ganyan
Hindi kasi ako bisnis minded
Hindi ako magaling magbenta
At marami pang iba.

Ok na tong buhay ko nakakain sa tatlong beses isang araw.

Happy na ako sa buhay ko may trabaho naman ako, kuntento na ako dito

Nasabi mo din ba yan sa sarili mo?

If yes!

Pareho talaga tayo.Ganun din ako dati eh

Sabihin natin na matanda ka na wala ng tumatanggap ng trabaho

Meron ka ng maintenance sa katawan

Peru ito yung tanong ko sayo friend

Masaya ka ba na ipamana mo yan sa mga anak mo ang buhay mahirap?

Masaya ka ba na makikita mo sila na maranasan nila yung hirap na pinagdaanan mo sa ngayon?

Masaya ka ba na makikita mo sa kanila yung nakikita mo sa sarili mo na palaging stress?

Matuwa ka ba pag sa tuwing may hilingin sila sayo wala kang maibigay?

Kahit simpleng pangangailangan ng pamilya mo ay hindi mo kayang ibigay, masaya ka kaya?

Merong bible qoutes that says:

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you"

Alam mo ban ang ibig sabihin ng qoutes na yan in one word?

If hindi mo alam, ito sabihin ko sayo.

Ang ibig sabihin nito ay "Trust"

You need to trust sa kakayahan na meron ka dahil binigay yan ng panginoon sayo therefore kaya mo pala ng gumawa ng kakaiba sa buhay mo ngayon.

I had a coaching session nung nakaraang araw and nagtanong siya sa akin sabi niya:

Sir Gem sa tingin mo bakit kaya yung iba hindi pa kumita sa business nila?

Sagot ko naman, oh that's simple, and this is brain based...

Ang rason bakit maraming hindi pa kumita is because:

"They are so busy doubting their abilities" ponder that.

Nung narinig niya yun medyo natahimik siya.

Then sabi ko pa sa kanya if there is one advice na maibigay ko sayo, para hindi ka matulad sa iba, ito yun at tandaan mo to always ha:

Sabi niya sige ano ba yang advice mo:

Sagot ko: "It's not your job to judge yourself"

Na surprise siya sabi niya:

"Wow yan yung isang pinakamaganda kong narinig na advice sir gem"

Bakit ko na i share ko to sayo, because most people walang self integrity.

Pag sinabing self integrity " every word na lumabas sa bibig mo ginagawa mo ba talaga"?

Because most people have what I called "resignation mindset"

Gustong gusto nila gawin ang business kaso iniisip na nila ang gastos or may iba silang excuse like wala pa kasing pera, hindi kasi ako magaling sa ganyan etc...

That's a broken strategy.

If you want to work on your circumstance, you will repeat your circumstance over and over and over again.

What you can do is try to force your brain and ask this:

Who would I BE, how would I FEEL, and what would I DO if I already had ____________?

Why educated people fail to become rich?

But first, not many people realize it but their are three different types of education.

Academic
Professional
Financial

While academic (reading, writing, arithmetic) and professional (what you train to do for a living) educations are important…

… it’s not essential to become rich.

and a professional education is that they frown upon mistakes.

In fact, you’re punished for making them while often
times ignoring the lessons hidden within.

And so one of the reasons why so many highly-educated people are not rich is because in school they were taught not to make mistakes.

Clarity vs Focus

Do you know the difference between Clarity and focus?

If yes: continue reading to be sure you're right.
And if no: then this post l will explain it to you.

But first, why is it so important to grasp the difference between Clarity and focus?

Because you can literally predict the failure or success of a project by those 2 elements.

The issue?
Is that those two words are used interchangeably - as if they were synonyms.

But the truth is, they aren't!

So what's the difference?

Clarity is the state of being transparent and lucid in your thoughts.

Being clear about:
1- what you want - (and what you don't)
2- where you want to go
3- the efforts you're ready to put into it

Focus, instead?
Is the action of converging all your efforts into one spot.

And how to identify this spot?
By having Clarity.

The bottom line:
You need Clarity to be able to focus on the right thing.

Why?
Because you can not focus on something, you don't know.

Neither if two things are in opposite directions.

You can't travel from London to Paris and New York at the same time.

And even worse:
If you don't know where you want to go, then it doesn't matter which path you'll take.

But once you have Clarity, guess what?
You'll able to focus and thus.. identify the right actions.

And those actions repeated over time will trigger the compound effect to help you achieve momentum and success.

And if you think about it, Clarity means
Eliminating.
Eliminating all the fluff.

It is like taking a picture.
To have a nice picture, you have to focus on something.
And by focusing?
Inevitably some parts of the picture will turn blurry.

You can not focus on the bird and the leaf at the same time.

I know: This is easier said than done.
Especially with all the distractions and fluff out there.

So if you have no clarity about your business which niche to take just connect with your classmate ask for an accountable partner.

Ask Some questions.

This business is one of the loneliest games so don't do it alone!
