1️⃣ BSRS ACCOUNT
(See steps below on how to create a BSRS account. Pwede ra mo magpatabang sa office kung maglisod mo.)
2️⃣ Photocopy of PSA / NSO Birth Certificate
❗ Live Birth is NOT accepted.
For married women, submit also a photocopy of Marriage Contract (PSA/NSO).
3️⃣ Photocopy of ANY of the following
(Dili tanan ang i-comply. Pili lang kung unsay available ninyo.)
Diploma (Highest Educational Attainment)
Transcript of Records (TOR)
Form 137 (if walay diploma or wala naka graduate og High School)
Form 138 / Card (if walay diploma or wala naka graduate og High School)

📌 BSRS – BIOMETRICS-ENABLED SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION SYSTEM
The BSRS is a system used by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to ensure that scholarship programs follow the approved qualification maps. It uses facial recognition biometric technology for scholarship registration and attendance.

✅IF EXISTING NA ANG BSRS ACCOUNT , IPAKITA LANG SA STAFF TO VERIFY.
📌 HOW TO CREATE BSRS ACCOUNT FOR NEW STUDENT OR FIRST TIME TO ENROLL SA BSRS.

1️⃣ Go to:
https://bsrs.tesda.gov.ph⁠�
or search “BSRS TESDA” in Google Chrome.
2️⃣ Click NEW SCHOLAR / APPLICANT and fill in your information.
Type your FULL NAME exactly like this example:
JUAN DELA CRUZ
3️⃣ EMAIL ADDRESS
Must be ACTIVE because the confirmation will be sent there.
4️⃣ PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS
Your password must contain:
Capital Letter
Small Letter
Special Character ( ) , . / @ # % ^ & * - !
Number
Example:
TESDAscholar@2026
JUan@1995
⚠️ Do not use your personal passwords because we may ask for it when we call you.
Please remember your email and password.
5️⃣ Click CREATE ACCOUNT
6️⃣ Open your email and click VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESS from the BSRS email.
📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
✔️ Double check all your information before clicking submit.
Once created, you cannot edit it anymore.
Common mistakes:
Gender (Male/Female)
Birthdate
Middle name (Use . instead of N/A)
Please double or triple check to avoid mistakes.
7️⃣ SKIP FARMER/BENEFICIARIES
Just click CONTINUE
8️⃣ TAKE BIOMETRICS
Rules:
No eyeglasses
No makeup
No contact lens
Not allowed ang Maghubo ug Tshirt.
9️⃣ UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
Take pictures and upload:
Diploma
PSA / NSO Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate (for married women)
If you don’t have these, you may upload Valid ID and select OTHERS.
Upload one by one.
🔟 After uploading:
Click CONTINUE
Click CHECK / AGREE
A Commitment of Undertaking file may download.
You can ignore it and go back to BSRS, then click FINISH.
📌 After creating your BSRS account
Please SCREENSHOT your profile and send it to our page so we can easily communicate with you.

✔️ Email address must be ACTIVE
✔️ Never forget your Email and Password
✔️ Follow the exact spelling of your name in your PSA/NSO
✔️ All details in your BSRS account must match your PSA/NSO

⚠️ REMINDER:
Registering in BSRS is DIFFERENT from enrolling in a program.
You must create a BSRS account first before enrolling in any TESDA course we offer.
If your BSRS profile shows “Risk Evaluation with Duplicate”, kindly notify us immediately so we can report it to TESDA for approval.
Your enrollment will not reflect if your BSRS account is under Risk Evaluation.
