3. Higher Education: Ideally, candidates should hold a Master's degree or Doctorate in their field of specialization.
Major Subjects for Review:
1. English:
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in English, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate in English Education or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in grammar, literature, composition, and educational methodologies specific to teaching English.
2. Mathematics:
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in Mathematics, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate in Mathematics Education or a related field.
- Skills: Expertise in algebra, geometry, statistics, calculus, and instructional strategies for teaching mathematics.
3. Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE):
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in TLE or a related vocational-technical education field, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate.
- Skills: Knowledge in various TLE areas such as home economics, agri-fishery arts, industrial arts, and information and communication technology.
4. Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH):
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in MAPEH, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Education, Music, Arts, or Health Education.
- Skills: Comprehensive understanding of MAPEH components including music theory, physical education, health education, and art appreciation.
