Qualifications (either of the following):
1. Licensed Professional Teacher: A candidate must possess a valid teaching license.
2. Master Teacher: Preferably, candidates should have experience as master teachers, indicating a higher level of expertise and teaching experience.
3. Higher Education: Ideally, candidates should hold a Master's degree or Doctorate in their field of specialization.

Major Subjects for Review:
1. English:
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in English, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate in English Education or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in grammar, literature, composition, and educational methodologies specific to teaching English.

2. Mathematics:
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in Mathematics, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate in Mathematics Education or a related field.
- Skills: Expertise in algebra, geometry, statistics, calculus, and instructional strategies for teaching mathematics.

3. Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE):
- Qualifications: A Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in TLE or a related vocational-technical education field, preferably with a Master's or Doctorate.
