𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆

“Take a breath, and take whatever lies ahead.” This line from All I Feel and See by Any Name's Okay feels especially grounding as we step into a new week. Mondays often carry the weight of fresh responsibilities, lingering tasks, and the uncertainty of what’s to come.

To “take a breath” is more than just a pause. It is a reminder to steady ourselves, to create space between what overwhelms us and how we choose to respond. Breathing gives us permission to slow down, to center, and to remember that we have the strength to carry on.

And when the song tells us to “take whatever lies ahead,” it does not mean we must face the future without fear or struggle. Rather, it invites us to accept life’s unfolding with courage, even if imperfectly. Each breath becomes an act of readiness, each step a quiet declaration that we are still here, willing to meet what comes next.

Mondays can be daunting, but they also offer fresh beginnings. With one deep breath, we remind ourselves: we are capable of facing whatever lies ahead.

For the next school year, we are excited to announce that St. Mary's Academy of Dalaguete now offers:

✨Junior High School: Grades 7-10

✨Holistic Formation Programs

The Education Service Contracting (ESC) is a government subsidy program designed to help decongest public schools by supporting students' enrollment in a PEAC Certified and a PAASCU Accredited private schools like SMAD.

Good news! All pupils who wish to enroll at SMAD are qualified to enjoy this financial assistance.
