STATE OF THE DIVISION ADDRESS: Marking 100 Days of Vision, Integrity, and Transformational Leadership!

Accountability, transparency, and continuous progress define our path forward.

As Schools Division Superintendent OIC Dr. Marciano U. Soriano, Jr., PhD, JD, CESO VI marks his milestone - 1st 100 Days at the helm of DepEd Dagupan City, we invite the entire educational community, key stakeholders, and public servants to the official State of the Division Address (SODA).

Dr. Soriano will unveil the major achievements, strategic policy directions, and structural milestones accomplished over the last 100 days - setting an even higher benchmark for instructional supervision, personnel welfare, and governance across all Dagupan schools.

Salute to every JUAN: Strengthening Gender Equality and Wellness in the Workplace! 🫡

SDO Dagupan City, through the Gender and Development Focal Persons, successfully celebrated the "Selebrasyon ng Araw ng Kalalakihan" last June 29, 2026, at the Division Training Center. With the strong support of our top management OIC-SDS Dr. Marciano U. Soriano Jr., ASDS Dr. Anna Liza M. Chan, and SGOD CES and SDO GAD Coordinator Dr. Liezl S. Cancino, this event actively promoted a gender-inclusive work environment while treating our dedicated SDO personnel to a day of wellness and camaraderie.

Our personnel enjoyed an exciting lineup of activities:

1. Advocacy Talks featuring inspiring stories from school-based GAD advocates Mr. Renato Santillan, Mr. Jimmy Cancino, and Mr. Gary Desoloc.
2. FREE Breakfast for every JUAN!
3. 🎬SINEmen: No Drama, Just JUAN Have Fun! movie screening.
4. FREE Haircut courtesy of MAXIMA Skills Training Institute
