Through the expertise shared by healthcare professionals and specialists, University of Luzon nursing participants gained valuable insights into current best practices in wound management, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary approaches to care that contribute to improved patient outcomes and quality of life.

As part of their hospital-based learning experience, students were given the opportunity to observe and engage in various clinical activities alongside healthcare professionals. Students observed patient assessments, monitoring procedures, and nursing interventions in the cardiac ward, providing them with valuable insights into the care and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions. They also participated in wound care management activities, enhancing their understanding of infection prevention, comprehensive wound assessment, and evidence-based nursing interventions that contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Participants visited a local Puskesmas, the cornerstone of Indonesiaโs primary healthcare system, where they observed how Indonesian healthcare professionals provide preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative healthcare services at the community level. In line with this, classes for the College Level for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2026โ2027 will officially start on ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐ instead of June 15, allowing students and families extra time for registration and preparation for the new school year.
