Day 1 Implementation: PSYCHumustahan Project
On March 20th, we successfully launched the first day of our PSYCHumustahan project in Lasip Chico. The day began with an introductory session where we welcomed our beneficiaries and outlined the project's objectives and activities. To foster engagement and enjoyment, we organized interactive games that not only entertained but also helped build connections among participants.
We appreciate the continued support from our stakeholders and look forward to the progress of this initiative.

Day 3 Implementation: PSYCHumustahan Project
On March 26, we energized both body and mind with a lively Zumba session aimed at promoting wellness and positivity. Following this, we revisited they key lessons from Ma’am Sharmaine’s through a recap, then encouraged participants to reflect deeply by writing down behaviors to avoid in parenting—helping foster mindful and nurturing relationships with their children. The day ended with fun, interactive games that strengthened community bonds and uplifted spirits.

On March 22, 2024, Ma’am Sharmaine led an enlightening session addressing mental health stigma and effective parenting practices. The discussion helped participants better understand the challenges and importance of mental wellness in family life. The day wrapped up with interactive games that encouraged teamwork and strengthened community bonds.
