Attention Aspiring Seafarers

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏) is a civic education and defense preparedness program students instituted by the 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬. This enabled the establishment of 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 with an aim to promote civic consciousness among the youth and inculcate in them the spirit of nationalism and advance their involvement in public and civic affairs.

Two of its components are what the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 offers; the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒), which focuses on community services/nation-building and 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂), which provides military training to college students.

Both Orientations commenced on August 10, 2024 at the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 (𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 (𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂). The orientation began with a warm welcome by the 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐏𝐎 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐓𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓 headed by 𝐒𝐍𝟐 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫). They provided an overview of 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, its structure, and the goals it aims to achieve, and emphasized the importance of the subject.

The orientation highlighted the program’s focus on developing physical fitness, character building, and leadership skills among the students for ROTC, and community service, social awareness, and personal development for CWTS.

𝐀 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.🏆💙✨

The 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 is a cornerstone of student leadership at 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲. It marks the formal appointment of new student leaders who will serve as the voice of the student body. This part of the orientation is imbued with tradition and significance, highlighting the importance of student governance in shaping the academy’s community and culture. This ceremony not only celebrates the new leaders but also reaffirms the values and responsibilities associated with their roles.

A prominent feature of the induction ceremony is the processional march. Presented by the hardworking 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐄. 𝐇𝐢ñ𝐨𝐥𝐚, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐌. 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐/𝐌 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬, who are integral to the guidance and mentorship of the student council. Their presence signifies the support and continuity provided to the student leaders. Following them are the 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, who walked with a sense of purpose and pride, representing the future of student leadership at 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀.

Then, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐄. 𝐇𝐢ñ𝐨𝐥𝐚 proceeded to the charging of the SSC Officers wherein they firmly confirmed and took the challenge of their duties and responsibilities as Student Leaders.

Afterwards, the 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨 𝐁. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 𝐉𝐫. led the oath taking ceremony of the 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 as they present themselves to the freshmen.

Everyone took a moment to watch an audio-visual presentation, dedicated to 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 on his journey as 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 by tracing his path from humble beginnings to the corridors of excellence, passion, and dedication. Combined with a stirring musical score, evoke emotions and create a sense of relatability, making the audience feel as though they have accompanied him throughout the way.

Lastly, 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 and 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝟏 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 delivered his 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡. Before ascending to the presidency, he had built a reputation as a leader who understood the needs of the people. His career was likely shaped by a series of defining moments that demonstrated his ability to lead.

He reflected on his experience as 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 for almost a decade, not as mere accomplishments but as learning opportunities that prepared him for the responsibilities. He also acknowledged the people who have been there and made him who he was today.

Emphasizing the importance of perseverance in the face of adversity, his speech not only humanized him as a leader but also connected with the broader public, many of whom may have experienced their own struggles and triumphs.

Through his speech, he not only shared his story but also charted a course for the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲, one that was grounded in unity, responsibility, and a clear vision for progress.

𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝟓: 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐖

As the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 comes to and end, PAMMA offered a free photo booth for the students to capture their moments, and where they can have a remembrance as the School Year starts.

On the other hand, the raffle draw served as a means to lighten the atmosphere after a day filled with serious discussions and instructions. It allowed the students to unwind, laugh, and celebrate together, reinforcing the sense of camaraderie that is crucial in an environment where teamwork and mutual support are vital. The excitement of the draw, the anticipation of hearing one’s name called, and the collective cheers of the winners and participants alike, all contributed to creating a memorable and unifying experience for the new batch of students.

The prizes themselves, from Module/Uniform Discounts, Cash prizes in which both the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 pledged, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, varying in value and utility, it symbolized the academy's appreciation for its students and its desire to support them in various ways.

𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝟒: 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒

The registrar’s office at PAMMA plays a pivotal role in managing student records, course registrations, and academic progress. Headed by 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐙𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐲 𝐒. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬, policies and guidelines established by the registrar are designed to maintain the integrity of academic data and to facilitate an organized and efficient educational process.

The discussion also included the guidelines for setting tuition fee, examination schedules, payment deadlines, and report card manners of PAMMAnians. The registrar and accounting ensure that these charges are accurately calculated and communicated to students and their families.
By providing structured processes for enrollment, academic record management, financial transactions, and reporting, these policies support the academy’s commitment to academic excellence and financial integrity.

At the end the talk, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐙𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐲 𝐒. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬, alongside his members of the Registrar Department, spread confetti through the whole PAMMA Gymnasium as celebration of Freshmen becoming official PAMMAnians.

𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝟑: 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒, 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒

Each department within 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 operates under a set of specific policies and guidelines that align with the vision & mission of the school while addressing the unique requirements of their fields. With their respective deans as the speakers, these departmental policies and guidelines are oriented to the freshmen for maintaining academic rigor and ensuring that students are adequately prepared for their future careers. They have also introduced the instructors of the different courses for the students to be aware of them.

These rules are designed to foster a respectful, orderly, and productive learning environment.

Guidance and counseling services at 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 are designed to support students in various aspects of their academic and personal lives. The primary aim of these services is to assist students in navigating the complexities of their educational experience while promoting their overall well-being.

𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐏. 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬 conferred about the core functions of the guidance and counseling services is to provide academic support. This includes helping students with Personal Development, academic planning, and time management.

The Guidance Counselor is willing to work closely with students to ensure their mental health and that they are on track to meet their academic goals. This aspect of guidance is particularly important in a demanding environment like 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀, where students must balance a rigorous curriculum with practical training and other responsibilities.

Discussed by the 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐂. The standards of academic and operational excellence at PAMMA are reflected in its curriculum and assessment practices and are designed to guarantee that students meet high educational standards through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

It was mentioned that 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 is the only 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 awarded by the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀) with 𝟏𝟎-𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in accordance with MARINA Circular No. SC2021-08. PAMMA is also awarded a 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 by the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, and the Management System of PAMMA was certified by 𝐃𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐤𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬 (𝐃𝐍𝐕 𝐆𝐋) to conform to the 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟗𝟎𝟎𝟏:𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓, covering the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

The 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 (𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 took place at the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 on August 5, 2024. The orientation begun with a solemn prayer, marking the start of a journey guided by reflection and reverence.

Led by the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭, the singing of the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 was commenced and proceeded by the reciting of the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 through Audio Visual Presentation.

Then, the 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭. 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬 𝐉𝐫. 𝐌𝐒𝐜. delivered his welcome address. He begins by acknowledging the excitement and anticipation that come the start of the Academic Year 2024-2025. Also, He outlines the values and principles that are integral to the PAMMA Community.

Next, the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝟏 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 proudly presented all of the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, along with the 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 for the freshmen students to get to know them. They welcomed the students with smiling faces in hopes to meet them in their class.

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 𝐉𝐫. delivered his Inspirational Message which set the tone for the freshmen’s academic adventure and approach to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. It is more than just a welcoming speech; it is a beacon of guidance and motivation, offering wisdom and encouragement.
