Ating bigyang-pugay ang bawat manggagawang pangkalusugan na araw-araw na isinasabuhay ang malasakit, kahusayan, at dedikasyon sa paglilingkod.

Kasabay nito ang pagkilala at pagpapahalaga sa napakahalagang papel ng mga ospital sa pangangalaga at patuloy na pagpapabuti ng kalusugan ng mamamayan sa pamamagitan ng makabago at mapagkalingang serbisyong pangkalusugan.

Leadership and Management Training – Day 3 ✨

Day 3 featured an inspiring session from Dr. Joseph Roland O. Mejia, Medical Center Chief, who shared valuable insights on the Foundation Principles of Effective People – Habit: The Intersection of Excellence. His discussion emphasized that excellence is achieved through consistent habits, discipline, and a commitment to continuous growth.

After days of learning, participants came together for an exciting team-building activity that strengthened teamwork, trust, and collaboration. The activity was not only a celebration of the knowledge gained throughout the training but also an opportunity to build stronger connections and create lasting friendships.

Congratulations to all the groups for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and active participation. May the lessons learned and friendships formed continue to inspire us to become effective leaders and better team players in our workplace and beyond. 💙💛

Day 2 of the Leadership and Management Training at Hotel Casiana, Tagaytay was filled with valuable insights, meaningful discussions, and memorable moments.

• Ms. Ruma Ubando – ISO and PGS Harmonization: Impact on R1MC’s Leadership
• Dr. Francisco Valdez – The Need for Leadership and Management Training
The day was filled with learning, reflection, and inspiration, empowering participants to become more effective leaders in their respective fields.
To cap off the day, everyone enjoyed a fun-filled Socialization Night where camaraderie and teamwork took center stage. Participants showcased their talents and creativity through an exciting Dance Performance Competition, making the evening a celebration of both leadership and unity.
Indeed, leadership is not only about learning and managing—it is also about building connections, inspiring others, and growing together.
