The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) celebrates the outstanding achievement of Schenley Datuin (UP Baguio, BS Mathematics) and Cip Andrei Alarcio (UP Baguio BS Social Science major in Economics-waitlisted) for passing the UPCAT 2026!

Out of over 147,437 applicants across the country, Schenley and Cip secured their spots among the 18,350 successful qualifiers for AY 2026–2027. This milestone is a direct result of their grit, late-night study sessions, and commitment to excellence.

The SSLG family is beaming with pride as you bring this honor to our school. We can’t wait to see the impact you'll make at the University of the Philippines. Fly high, Schenley and Cip!

The Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme is the highest recognition of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines. It honors young leaders who design and carry out projects that bring service, leadership, and positive change to their communities.

Today, April 17, 2026, Jillian G. Untalan, Grade 11 HUMSS of East Central Integrated School (ECIS), presented her community gardening project with the guidance of Troop Leader Sandra Cabe. Her project promotes food security, care for the environment, and teamwork.
The evaluation was led by Ms. Mylene Bambico and Ms. Merlie Garcia, GSP Northern Luzon Region Evaluators, together with Mam Lerma Nicomedez, Dagupan City Council Executive.

Jillian’s project was supported by her parent and guardians, ECIS Principal Mr. Gary B. Desoloc, Kagawad Jovencio L. Clores, and Kapitan Benedict G. Cayabyab of Mangin, showing the strong community backing behind her initiative.

The result of this evaluation will be announced soon, and everyone awaits with pride and hope for Jillian’s achievement.

This morning at the Dagupan City Plaza, the Local Government Unit of Dagupan city, led by City Mayor Belen T. Fernandez & Vice Mayor Brian Kua and the SDO of Dagupan city, led by schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Rowena C. Banzon & ASDS, Dr. Anna Liza M. Chan, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Pangasinan, led by Engr. Arnold C. Santos, Provincial Director. This was followed by the official turnover of STARBOOKS digital libraries to beneficiary schools in Dagupan City. STARBOOKS, digital science library, provides free offline access to thousands of science and technology resources—bridging the information gap, enriching classroom learning, and empowering both students and teachers to foster innovation and academic excellence.

Congratulations Ssej Cornel Tabora Silver Medalist in the Individual All-around, High Bars Apparatus and Team Standing (Men's Artistic Gymnastics. - Elementary (Cluster 2) and Forjie Benito 11-HUMSS Gold Medalist (Boxing - Bantam Weight YB 51-54 kg) both are Palarong Pambansa Qualifiers to be held at Patin-Ay, Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur on May 24-31, 2026.

Also Congratulations to Kevin Jay Zapata, Silver Medalist in Floor Exercise, Horse Vault Apparatus and Team Standing in the Men's Artistic Gymnastics - Elementary Level (Cluster 2) and Vince Gabriel Aquino of 11-SMAW for having a Bronze Medal on the Team Standing of Men's Artistic Gymnastics - Secondary Level.
